Guidelines adhoc list

For FTP/SFTP upload- The data files must be present in CSV format placed in a folder in the respective FTP/SFTP root path.
- Each folder in the FTP path can have up to five (5) CSV files.
- No other file format is accepted other than the CSV file format.
- The files once uploaded in the folder must have either an 'emailId' or 'mobileNo' columns in each CSV file.
- In each folder, all the CSV files must have a similar header row, with the same columns in all the files.
- The column names are case-sensitive.
- The upload frequency occurs once in every minute.
- Once the file uploaded data is processed, the folder set for each file (consisting of 5 max. CSV files) is automatically moved to the 'Completed' file folder.

Limitations of ad-hoc listThe ad-hoc list does not support the following functionalities:
- Reuse of list – It is not possible to reuse the ad-hoc list.
- Frequency cap/lifetime cap - Ability to set the frequency cap/lifetime cap.
Frequency caps are campaign rules set to suppress communications, save costs, and prevent customer communication fatigue.
Moreover, lifetime cap enables the channels like email, SMS, push notifications to restrict based on the actions and the Frequency of the promotional campaigns. By default, the lifetime cap will apply to the promotional campaigns.
The ad-hoc list does not support the following functionalities:
- Propensity scoring/campaign send-time optimization.
- Scrubbing of hard bounces and un-subscriptions
- Conversion/Return of investment (ROI) calculation
- The control group (CG)/Target group (TG), advanced analytics, de-duplication process
- Update audience analytics 360 time-line view with audience interaction data.
- The ad-hoc list may hinder the brand's user email - sender domain score reputation if it contains any incorrect email IDs/spam trap email IDs.
- If the country code is not available, the upload process will not be successful.
