Dynamic load response (DLR) callback API

The dynamic load responses (DLR) data is the management of the service providers' responses data from campaigns executed through mobile SMS messaging services in the application. It also involves receiving responses and managing it at the product owner's end, the data insertion into the application, which is reflected in the Analytics module in the respective channel report.
