Campaign planner

What is it?#

The Campaign planner enables you to view all your scheduled and in-progress campaigns on a monthly calendar. It is a planning tool that helps to allocate resources optimally and minimize the likelihood of too many overlapping campaigns.

Accessing the campaign planner#

  1. Select Campaign module.
  2. Click the Planner tab.

Using the campaign planner#

The calendar planner displays all existing campaign titles, utilized channels, and delivery methods.

Browse through the campaigns across the next time periods using the corresponding scroll icons.

Other actions that can be performed here are:

  1. Filter the views by:
    • Channel using the drop down
    • Campaign type (e.g. Awareness, promotion)
    • Campaign delivery method (e.g. Single dimension, Multi-dimension, Event triggers)
  2. View a simplified campaign summary by clicking on the campaign that includes:
    • Campaign title and creation date
    • Campaign duration
    • Campaign type
    • Channels, depicted with icons
    • Total audience size
    • Primary content, accessed by clicking on the right scroll icon
