Overview

What is it?#

The data exchange module enables integration with numerous other software systems using out-of-the-box connectors. It facilitates:

  • Establishing connections to the systems
  • Selection of data to import into Resulticks
  • Defining schedules and conditions for the periodic imports
Each system has its own specific integration requirements though many of these requirements are consistent throughout a system category.

Integrated systems#

Systems that have been connected to and integration configured successfully, are displayed with some summary details under the Integrated Systems area of this screen.

Making changes#

Once a connection has been established, amending is possible where the changes are immediate and can be made only by the Key Contact for the account, or a User with Administrator privileges.

However, changing any of these connections can have a follow-on impact within the Audience, Campaign and Analytics modules of the Resulticks platform. We encourage you to discuss changes with your Resulticks Account Manager before you make those changes. If there are any external changes affecting existing connections, the client will be notified.
