Resulticks analytics

What is it?

Resulticks Analytics is a value-added Analytics service offered by Resulticks to track and report website and app traffic.

Integration to Resulticks Analytics enables Resulticks to provide a broad range of analytics such as user journey reporting, augment customer data as well as create or trigger campaigns.

To generate the analytics, data is captured using the SDK code that has been generated by the platform and embedded onto a destination landing page(s) and/or websites.

Making changes

This connection cannot be amended. If the domain changes, a new connection must be created.

Changing specifications here can have a follow-on impact within the Audience, Campaign and Analytics modules of the Resulticks platform. We encourage you to discuss changes with your Resulticks Account Manager before you make those changes.

Setting up a connection

1. Click on the analytics menu from the left panel inside the Data Exchange module



2. Select resulticks analytics by clicking on the “+” icon.



3. Complete the details requested for Resulticks Analytics.



4. Generate the code to embed into the target domain by clicking on “Generate Code” button. You can copy the code generated and displayed, to embed within the target domain.



5. Establish the connection by clicking the “Save” button.



6. Confirm the connection is successful by validating that Resulticks Analytics is shown in the Integrated systems section at the top of the Data Exchange page.

If there are any response messages, please follow the pop-up instructions to complete the configuration.

7. Preview the Resulticks code generated for the new connection by clicking on the “Preview” icon. Click the “Copy” button on the popup to copy the full snippet of code and embed into the target domain.
